Among the finest hotels in Tunis, Verdi Tunis Beach Resort is a Mediterranean haven nestled along the untouched shores of the Côtes de Carthage, offering a serene escape where the azure waves meet the charm of history and culture. Here, the Mediterranean’s beauty becomes your everyday view, and tranquillity is more than a feeling, it’s a way of life, and it is this way of life that they wanted to capture.

The challenge lay in the fact that this was an international shoot, taking place outside the European continent. Every piece of equipment was meticulously selected, ensuring that nothing was left to chance. To accommodate the long shooting hours, an ample supply of batteries and chargers was prepared, guaranteeing a seamless production.

Filming in the streets of a bustling city such as Tunis was quite an experience, a change in culture and local behaviour, one had to adapt quickly. 

From an editing perspective, the first priority was selecting an ethnic-sounding music track that complemented the scenery being showcased. Once that was in place, the edit evolved from a simple sequence of cuts into a seamless, flowing transition between locations. Fast transitions were used to capture the hustle and bustle, while still maintaining a sense of calmness in the actors’ actions.
